It is highly recomended that you read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the www.kiokowebservices.co.ke website operated by  Kioko Web Services. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service. The Terms and Conditions agreement for Kioko Web Services has been created by kiokowebservices.co.ke

Changes of these Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Kioko Web Services. KWS has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Kioko Web Services shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.

Account Suspension/Termination Notice

Kioko Web Services will always notify the clients to renew their accounts 60 days before the expiry date. The notification will then be followed with reminder email messages 30 and 10 days respectively, before the expiry date. We will also send an expiry notification via email on the day of domain or service expiry. This will be followed by calls and SMS to ensure the client got our email notifications about their service status.

If the timelines (as provided in the estimates) for building a website/app/artwork is about to expire we will contact the client through email/phone number provided, and if no action is taken and/or there is no communication between us and the client, the account will be suspended temporarily for a grace period of 10 days after which it will be terminated  

Clients who wish to Renew the services after termination will be charged the same amount as the original charges

Footer Credit Badge

We reserve the right to leave a "Powered By  Kioko Web Services" on the footer section of a custom-designed website. Although a custom wireframe can never be reused Kioko Web Services may use the wireframe in the future as a Portfolio
