As such, all client's employees (including contractors and vendors with access to client systems are responsible for taking the appropriate steps, as outlined below, to select and secure the shared password.
2.0 Purpose
The purpose of this policy is to establish a standard for the creation of strong passwords, the protection of those passwords, and the frequency of change.
3.0 Scope
The scope of this policy includes all personnel who have or are responsible for an account (or any form of access that supports or requires a password) on any system that resides at any clients online or offline facility, has access to the client's network
4.0 Password Sharing
Kioko Web Services shared the passwords and usernames to selected individuals within the client's organization.
Once the credentials are shared the parties are required to confirm the same upon receipt of the credentials.
5.0 Password Protection
Once the credentials are shared Kioko Web Services Reserves the right to monitor basic information about every session created within the systems. These are Browser type, IP address, and Location
